CANCELLATION POLICY

Livermore Skin Studio Cancellation Policy To respect both my time and all clients, I kindly ask that you review and follow the cancellation and appointment policies below: 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for the appointment to be filled. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours) Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Same-Day Cancellations Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No Call / No Show Clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not provide notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Card on File Requirement A valid card on file is required for all clients to secure appointments and protect the business from last-minute cancellations. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, same-day cancellation, or no call/no show. Repeated Last-Minute Cancellations Clients who repeatedly cancel last minute will be required to leave a $50 nonrefundable deposit when booking future appointments. This deposit will: • Be applied toward your scheduled service if you keep your appointment. • Be forfeited and considered a cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule. Late Arrivals Appointments are scheduled with only 15 minutes between each client. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please contact me as your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest. Appointment Confirmations Please respond to all appointment reminders by clicking confirm or cancel. If there is no response and I personally reach out with no reply, the appointment will still be considered confirmed. Failure to show will result in the full no-show charge.
